1 - We set up a call for a first contact where you can ask your questions and we will explain how we work at Golfaway and the holiday home market in general.
2 - We schedule a visit to your property. You will meet one of our team members and with the info gained from this visit we will give you some recommendations and our analyst will elaborate an annual profitability estimate.
3 - A couple of days later, we will send you the detailed estimate and proposed changes/recommendations necessary to turn your property into a bestseller.
4 - We study each case in detail and without any commitment. If we believe that your property is not optimal for short term rental, we will let you know and explain why. Our business is based on a WIN-WIN basis for all.
